03/05 - Due to increased activity of IGCA Rescue in CA, CIGRescue is no longer taking in and placing dogs. 

We will continue our work and focus on educating IG owners on the proper care of IGs and how to maintain their excellent health.  We will also continue to provide counsel to everyone who got their IGs from us.

The CIGRescue guidelines were developed by a small group of experienced IG Club of America member/breeders. Our primary concern is for what is best for the IGs. 

Our guidelines & protocols are published here for anyone who might wish to fine-tune their own rescue guidelines or are interested in a "different" perspective (figure that one out!) on issues that concern rescue.
